Saved me from being a nervous wreck

I was nervous and ashamed about having ended up in debt I couldn't quickly get out of and my own attempts at solving it, failed. They took my call without judgment and talked me through the process and put a plan in place were I could be out of debt quickly and completely. Dealing with just one company, payplan, gave me the head space to turn my life around and start focusing on better employment opportunities and increase the amount I pay back considerably. I was able to reduce my time until I'm debt free from 5 years to just over 3. The constant badgering by debt collectors was driving my anxiety up and paralyzing my ability to be proactive.
