Taking back control of my debt and my future

After a period of unemployment, I lost a grip on my finances, fell into into debt and acquired defaults. Unsure where to start I turned to Payplan who helped set me up on a debt management plan. There was no judgement, no ‘telling off’, just practical, honest advice and realistic expectations. They took over contact with my creditors which was a huge relief and soon I was paying back a manageable amount with no more demanding phone calls or letters. I could easily contact them if I needed to at anytime and every year everything was revalued to ensure my payments were sustainable and my plan was still the best solution. After nearly 8yrs with Payplan, I have repaid over £10k and by early next year I will be debt free. I couldn’t have achieved any of this without the guidance and support of Payplan.
