Very poor customer service

I would not recommend Pop for two reasons. Firstly trying to get a reply from then when there are problems is impossible. Emails get left un answered for weeks on end. Then when you do get a reply it is the usual winging about there have had so many support tickets sent that they are snowed under with them and that they only have a small team to answer them. The clue is in the answer if the work load is high that just proves how many people are having issues with the site. As regards to the savings pool that is an absolute joke. They say you get paid interest daily trust me this does not happen it misses days out regularly and I went 10 days without interest being paid. Only for them to sort it out then a few days later it started missing payments again. Come on Pop buck your ideas up. Reviewed on: 20th April 2016

Poor customer service

They are very poor replying to emails took me over 10 days to get any kind of reply. The 5% savings pool is hit and miss I went 12 days without any interest despite them saying you get paid interest daily. Reviewed on: 15th April 2016
