Brilliant service and great prices

Got exactly the cover I needed in a 10 minute phone call (including hold time) and the price was brilliant given I have no prior policies to have no claims bonus from! Friendly service that is easily accessible by email, phone and online chat and top that off with the ability to choose a direct debit date too! Can't fault them! Reviewed on: 8th October 2021

Fabulous Service!!

When I was first finding out about IVA's, I was intruduced to Payplan and they set me up in mere days! My first payment was made in less than a fortnight and it was up and running. They handle it all and keep me updated via their Android app whenever they need something. On top of that, whenever I have any queries, I can just message in the app andnusually have a reply within 24 hours! They're truly brilliant!
