Understanding, reassuring and caring

From the moment I first phoned in tears to every other interaction I’ve had has been nothing but amazing. Going through one of the toughest times in my life they made it as easy and as straightforward as possible. Never did I feel judged. Being in financial difficulty can really take a toll on you without you even realising. I felt ashamed I got myself in this position but it’s so easily done. Never was I judged and they handled everything I couldn’t. They were clear with what my options were, what was best for me and how they would help. I’ve been with Payplan for a few years now and if for whatever reason as life happens I wasn’t able to make full payment I informed them and they handled everything else. PayPlan has given me peace of mind and taken a massive weight off my shoulders. I have recommended a friend and they too have had the same experience as me and are very happy with them.
