Really positive approach

I found the credit union had a really positive approach towards loans. I've had (I think) four loans from them now, based on car purchase, house improvements and similar. Given my long term record as a member (albeit my regular contributions weren't high, though they were regular), I got a very positive response from them, sometimes delivered over a weekend - certainly always within 48 hours, which is often very important indeed.
