Always so helpful and understanding.

I am not good with money and have got into trouble repeatedly with taking on too much credit. PayPlan have been amazing with me and my situation. They have been truly understanding and supportive at all times. I want to clear my debt ASAP and know I'm with the right Debt Management company for that. Reviewed on: 16th June 2023

Been so helpful and understanding to me over the years

I maybe a little biased going with PayPlan as I originate from Grantham too but I didn't know that when I first signed up to use them! I originally entered a DMP in 2004, was making good progress when I decided to try another DMP Provider called Christians Against Poverty. However, they weren't a patch on PayPlan and when the new Provider 'went wrong', PayPlan were brilliant about accepting me back. They are always on hand to offer good, fair advice and are understanding when you do inevitably run into difficulties. I'm hoping to clear my debt within 3 years or so now - thanks to PayPlan for all their help and support. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

They are so helpful

The people at this company bend over backwards to help you meet your financial commitments. They're amazing and I always tell other people so. I've had to use them since 2004 but they're every bit as good now as they were back then. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021
