The staff always show empathy as it’s very difficult...

The staff always show empathy as it’s very difficult talking about your debt to someone, they take a huge weight and stress off your shoulders, help you get back on track. Amazing service Reviewed on: 15th May 2024

Amazing totally turned my life around

After serving 24 years in HM Prison service, I really struggled with PTSD and wasn’t confronting my debts, I was suicidal at one point, and after speaking to a government run Counselling service they put me in touch with payplan, even though I was feeling awful there customer service was amazing and really showed empathy. They felt with everything and they have been a big part in my recovery, even though I have never had chance to personally thank them. They really make a difference to peoples lives and unfortunately don’t get the credit they deserve Reviewed on: 9th August 2021
