Honesty and transparency about my money

During the past 20 plus years since being with Glasgow Credit Union I have always had great service. During the pandemic I have had to contact GCU on a few occasions and the customer service was second to none. One young worker explained how the app worked so I would be able to request transfers online….fantastic what a time saver for me. The other services that GCU offer are always forward thinking and leading the way in this time of worry. Well done to the people working there. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021
