Great bank, great app, card fades quickly

I love Monzo, the simplicity and user friendly app is brilliant. Everything is easy to find and straightforward to do. The chat help when needed is amazing and they are quicker than they estimate to reply. The only downfall is that the coral card fades too quickly, they should allow free users to select a different colour card. Reviewed on: 1st March 2022

Customer service from case handlers is slow, sometimes non existent and overall poor. They are sometimes rude and do not have empathy. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021
