Very professional.over the years so Friendly but professional enough giving advice to our heads.when speaking to the staff about loans

When talking to staff about looking for a loan they are first class about you the customer are very important and never have we felt talking to staff that we were a number l was always addressed by my first name ,that’s why l always use the credit union . Reviewed on: 3rd July 2022

We have been with this credit union for about 20 years had various different loans from them no problem they have always been very easy to deal with once we cleared one loan and then started another no hassle just transferred the money to our bank Reviewed on: 10th August 2021
