Amazing service

I contacted payplan as I started to worry about debt. Although I had not missed any payments, I felt like that would happen if I didn’t get things under control. I spoke to somebody via phone and email who helped me look at my income and outgoings and recommended a couple of options based on my circumstances. I was provided with information about the different options, including the impact on my future job prospects (working in financial services), my credit file and trying to get credit in the future. I agreed that a debt management plan (DMP) would be the best option for me. I was then passed to a case handler who helped me with the next steps, keeping me updated along the way. My DMP is due to end in November 2021 and I will be 100% debt free! I am so happy that I chose payplan and I have recommended them to my friends and family. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021
