Amazing care and customer service

Since joining Payplan I have dealt with several employees. Each and everyone has been really helpful, knowledgeable and with sympathy to my situation. During the main part of COVID no pressure has been upon me when I was on Furlough and I couldn't thank them enough for their understanding and the fact that they kept in touch with me with a no pressure approach, just asking if I needed any help.
