I have been with Payplan for 2 years now and have had an excellent service with them. I caught covid in December from my workplace and was off work nearly 5 months with long covid. I was not on full pay and therefore was worrying about keeping up with my payments as I have never missed any. Payplan kept in touch with me and put my payments on hold until I was back working full time. They asked about my health and made me feel supported.
