They have helped me get my finances in order and life back!

I found myself in an unexpected situation. A loss of a wage in the home through illness left just one income, and a lot of outgoings. After trying (and failing) to stay on top of things, I contacted PayPlan. I completed all of the necessary paperwork with ease, the payment amount calculated and they contacted all of my debtors. I could breathe again, and more importantly, could stop dreading the phone ringing or the post coming. It’s made a huge difference to us. Each year a review is done, and slowly but steadily, my debts are reducing. Communication is traight forward. Any problems I have had, I contact them, and a case worker deals with the query promptly.
