Felt reassured

I was recommended PayPlan by a work colleague, when they saw how distressed and down I was about my debts. I had never thought about approaching a debt solution company but from the first second on the phone I was treated with empathy and the advisor was helpful and reassuring and even when it felt hard to discuss the matter, PayPlan made me see there was an alternative way to my debt problems.
