How helpfull Payplan was

I can honestly say that when I phoned payplan I had no idea what to expect and how they could help me but they was recomended by a family friend so i phoned Payplan and from the moment I spoke to them I felt comfortable and like I could trust them every question no matter how silly I asked and they answered everything and there was no pressure to agree to anything. Once I set up my IVA they have been helpfull with any questions or worries I have and do there best to help me. I have a friend who is now in similar position to me and I have surgested Payplan as an option due to the reasons above as she spoke to 1 debt solution company and felt pressured to make a decision so didn't do anything in the end.
