They helped get my life back

PayPlan changed the whole direction of my life. They were there right as I was about to fall off the precipice and they have supported me every single step of the way. They took the weight off my shoulders, enable me space to breathe and even now, three years into working with them, they are always quick and thorough in response to any questions or concerns that I have. They let me be able to breathe again

When I first approached PayPlan, I was on the verge of falling into a spiral of debt that I would never have been able to recover from alone. I was completely desperate and terrified of what was going to happen. That first phone call was the first time I felt like I could breathe in over a year. Whilst being given practical solutions and advice, I was always treated with compassion and respect. I always felt like I was in complete control of what was happening, I was given choices and guided fairly. I felt supported and reassured that things were going to be alright. In no time at all, a solution was put on place and a weight was lifted off my shoulders. It has been two years since I first approached PayPlan and even to this day, they are always available with support when I need them. The work with my creditors on my behalf, so that I don't have to try and pull the all the different strands together. Being able to make one reasonable payment, knowing it is going where it needs to and having a date for when it will be finished, has been an unparalleled relief. I am informed enough to know that there were ways that I could have done this without using an intermediary such as PayPlan. However, PayPlan don't just offer a financial service, they offer support and they take the burden away, allowing me to get on with my life. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
