Life changing!

I was so apprehensive when I first spoke to payplan about the financial crisis I was in, but from the very get go they were really understanding, explained everything in a clear and precise way and gave me options available to me. Payplan did not push me to commit or pressure me at any time, they made me feel like I was in control of what happened next. I decided to enter an IVA and left everything in payplan's hands.. and they did not disapoint. Everything was taken care of and I never felt any nervousness or anxiety as I was told in advance what would happen and updated along the way. Ultimately, payplan changed my life.. for the first time in a long time I felt free from the anxiety of wondering where money would come from to pay for the next bill/meal! Not only did they consolidate all of my debts and enable me to make one payment per month, but it was drastically lower than all of my debts! For the first time in years I could breathe, and even had extra money for the little things that my family and I had been going without in order to meet creditors demands. Two years later and I am still impressed by the service I receive from payplan.. whenever I speak to a representative, they are always friendly and understanding.
