Absolutely excellent service in every way

After amassing over £21,000 in debt following a temporary job loss I thought I was left with no chance of a solution and didn't know where to turn until my bank recommended I contact PayPlan for help. I was nervous about contacting them at first but I bit the bullet and boy I'm glad that I did. PayPlan helped me every step of the way with the most friendly and reassuring staff I could have ever wished for. They helped get interest from creditors frozen and setup an affordable payment plan of £200/mo (down from almost £2000/mo the creditors were asking for) they also helped actually reduce the amount owed by having creditors write off some of the extortionate interest rates they shouldn't have been charging in the first place. Now I'm well on the way to being debt free again and it's all thanks to PayPlan, I don't think I could have done it without them. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021
