Helped me twice. Would recommend

I have used payplan twice due to my own issues managing my finances. The first time I did a debt management programme and the second an IVA was a better option. I have also recommended the services to family members and friends who have also setup different plans. The staff have always been professional and advised me of my best suited options. They are always on hand to sort any discrepancies with creditors and help to ease financial worries. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Used this company twice. Perfect both times

I've used this company twice. Firstly I was a young adult offered credit then after a year or so I was purchasing items on finance I wouldn't be able to afford. This then got out of hand and payplan offered me a way out, a debt management program. After paying it off I then found myself in the same cycle. This I can say will be the last time. I am now in a program doing the same as before but will not be letting myself go down that route again. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021
