Reassuring and supportive

I was in constant denial with regard to my financial situation. After years of avoiding the situation I decided to contact PayPlan. Instantly I was reassured and no judgement was passed as to why I was in the situation I was. I was kept fully in the loop and once my IVA was approved the relief was unbelievable. I have been in my IVA for three years now and PayPlan have been outstanding. They are understanding and keep in regular contact to keep me involved of the progress.
