Help when I needed it most

I approached Payplan when my financial situation became unmanageable. I owed over 80k in credit card debt and was drowning in interest charges. The staff at Payplan were amazing and dealt with me with real compassion and care, I cried a lot as I felt desperate and ashamed, they never made me feel uncomfortable in fact they reassured me that I had taken the first very difficult step. I am now 16months further on and managing to keep up with my payments to repay all my debts in full. I have no credit or overdraft and it is tough but with Payplan ongoing support I feel I can breath again. I am so grateful to Payplan they were there for me and still are.
