Moving forward

Payplan were able to help me with all aspects of my debt solution. Most of the staff are very helpful and understanding. But I did have one agent who made me feel that they were not on my side and that I was somehow trying to get something over on them. I don’t have that agent now, so maybe they have been let go for that issue. Sometimes at the start, I felt the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing, although my Iva review was extremely swift and solid this year and I feel that Payplan are improving their service a lot recently.
