Excellent Customer Service

Having received my renewal quote I checked a comparison site and found a much cheaper deal with an alternative provider. I contacted One Call via webchat, advisor LH1, and received excellent service as the cheaper quote was matched and no need for the rigmarole of swapping direct debits etc. Really appreciate the help I received. Innovative Credit Card with easy access

Not having the best credit rating I didn't imagine I'd be able to access a credit card but with a low, affordable limit and easy to use app I am able to instantly track my spending, keep up to date with subscriptions and set a credit cushion to prevent getting too near my credit limit, keeping my spending affordable. Quick and easy process with a clear and easy repayment plan

As a Zopa Credit Card customer I already use the Zopa app so applying for the loan was quick and easy and I am easily able to access the loan details to keep track of payments and pay extra, if I'd like to. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Almost debt free, right on schedule

Quietly Supportive

Payplan have been extremely helpful in helping me to reduce my debts and now I'm only 8 months a way from being debt free. They offer advice and support for issues without hassling you and they have resolved any issues effectively and efficiently in the two years I've used their services.
