Ethical, impartial and non-judgemental

This charitable organisation deserves recognition for their work supporting people in debt without charging them a penny. Whilst I know they're always a phone call away if I need them, I'm sure a lot of clients like myself don't particularly enjoy talking about their debts, so it's brilliant that you can go through the whole process online whilst still having a dedicated point of contact. They've always presented all of the solutions available to me in an impartial way without bias or up-selling products that might be more beneficial to them. As perverse as it might sound, I love that Payplan have turned my debts from a worry into something that I no longer worry about. It's great to have them fighting my corner and I can't thank them enough. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021
