Outstanding Service

Payplan supported me to gain control over my finances and to create a plan to clear my debt in a way that was affordable to me and did not put me at more of a disadvantage. After trying to clear my debt with a different company before and barely getting anywhere close because most of what I was paying did not go toward clearing my debt, switching to Payplan was the best decision ever. Doing so eliminated all the stress that comes from dealing with rising debt and gave me confidence that at the end of the DMP I’d be in a much better position financially. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and non-judgemental and the entire service provided is streamlined to make interaction with Payplan easy and time saving. The entire experience has been brilliant..
