Very responsive, no pressure, just facts and support

We've been with payplan for about 4 years. When we joined we had a lot of debt. It was uncontrollable and very distressing. We are both professional people and felt very guilty and shameful about needing to ask for help. PayPlan helped without judgement. Whilst we still owe a little, our position has improved and with the help of PayPlan we've even managed to negotiate some lump sum final payments. Very helpful and responsive

We've used payplan for about 3 years. To begin with debt management was very scary. Payplan helped make a sensible budget plan and negotiate a sensible payment schedule with creditors. The app makes keeping an eye on balances easy. As circumstances have changed, for good or for bad, payplan have always been available, on email, on their app, or by phone. They have also helped more recently in negotiating some settlements too. All this and completely free to me. Couldn't be happier and look forward to being debt free. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021
