Very understanding! With Outstanding support!!

I was so worried when I felt my world had ended and everything was overloading me mentally and physically! But once I had a chat with such a pleasant woman on the phone.. I was shocked at how understanding and helpful they were…and have continued to be… I have had times where I’ve struggled to juggle outgoings etc (during a pandemic/having my children more) and I have had nothing but amazing support and help!! I can not stress enough how much my worries and stress levels decreased once they helped me.. and even throughout my plan they have done nothing but help me arrange or sort my financial stress… I honestly can not thank PayPlanPlus enough for the help and support they have shown me!! Explaining them as a 5 star service does not come close to the high level service they provide!! Thank you so much to all that have helped….. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
