Review of the PayPlan, Debt solutions:

Brilliant company, helpful service and free of charge

I joined pay plan after falling into a lot of debt. Joining PayPal had made my life so much easier. The debt I used to run away from and used to make me stress and fall into depression I don’t have to think about twice. Monthly goes out an affordable payment, no creditors on my back and knowing I’m one step closer to rebuilding my credit future. Also my change of circumstances and reducing payment amount due to COVID and change of job Payplan and the consultants I deal with were amazing, they were very empathetic regarding my situation and the biggest factor for me was having the reassurance that I have things sorted. No headache on me. It may seem like years to pay things back but had I not been in this payplan for my debt management then I would’ve just kept on getting hassled by creditors and ended up with excess fees charges and court costs! So 3-5years for me to clear my balance seemed like a long time but then actually monthly I don’t even need to think about paying 10 companies just the one and it’s all sorted. It gives me sooo much breathing room and honestly has made my mental health and well being so much stronger and secure. I hope if at any stage I can pay more then the balance will clear sooner but the fact that this DMP isn’t an official plan on my credit report like IVA but still so effective and beneficial. I can’t thank payplan enough and there have been times where I’ve missed a payment due to sickness at work less pay etc but payplan have kindly reminded me and given me time to pay the amount rather than just cancel my plan completely. They helped my dad out fo debt years ago when he lost money due to a bad business decision and now I am confidently able to say they are taking care of my finances in the best way possible. I am grateful they are free of charge too because I was with an alternative company previously that charged £30 monthly out of my monthly payment for the exact same service payplan provide if anything I am getting a lot better service and regular updates text reminders without feeling bombarded and all for free. The consultants deserve a gold medal and awards for the help they provide. I wouldn’t wish anyone be in a situation to need PayPlan but if it happens where you find yourself in debt then 100% would recommend payplan as the go to. Their online payment portal document uploading system everything is so easy to manoeuvre. Pleased to be a client and hope that PayPlan can help many people like myself. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
