Customer service needs attention

They are all about the money and only seem to work for the creditors. I’d like to see them have a more holistic view and understand that debt isn’t binary as there are many more factors they could consider when delivering customer service. Often someone in debt is at rock bottom if they reach out for help with an IVA. Some mental health training or at least some compassion could go a long way. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
