Amazing level of support

After becoming unwell and having to take time off work my debt situation got quite bad to the point where I was receiving letters daily threatening action against me to get the money I owed. Luckily for me, PayPlan were there to support me every step of the way. Using an affordability form they were able to work out what I was able to pay and then took the stress away by contacting all of my creditors on my behalf to inform them of the arrangement. I rarely heard from my creditors throughout my plan. 4 years later, I'm now coming to the end of my PayPlan journey and I'm SO relieved. PayPlan, thankyou! Outstanding support

From the get go PayPlan made me feel at ease, I was going through a rough patch which ended up hurting me financially. After seeking help through PayPlan they took care of me, offered reassurances and after giving them all of the details they took the burden off of my shoulders. I can't thank them enough for everything they've done for me. Every person I spoke to was lovely, I never felt judged and thanks to them I'm in a much better place now. I feel like I owe PayPlan so much the least I could do was write a review highlighting how great they are. I advise everyone who is struggling to seek their help, you won't regret it.
