This company saved my sanity! I had amassed credit card debts to the point I was paying out hundreds of pounds monthly with no quality of life, a deteriorating dependant partner and experiencing major stress symptoms myself. I was still meeting my credit card payments but was terrified every day, of losing my home and not knowing how I would manage the next months payments. I had never heard of Payplan but when I contacted them, they were just amazing. They listened, Gave me informed choices AND were able to deal with card suppliers directly. I burst into tears. They vetted my income/expenses and now nearly two years into my ‘contract’ with them, I have avoided wolves at my door and am making payments to all card issuers towards each debt. They contact me annually to review everything which is daunting but so so helpful. These people truly want to ensure I am okay and that payments are within a budget that still allows me to eat and keep my home and amazingly, keep the card issuers happy.
