Friendly company/ not perfect.

Always friendly and polite, the setting up of the IVA process was alot easier than I imagined and the staff explained everything I needed to know. The only down side is the annual reviews which is a real pain sending many documents of proof of earnings and income and expenditure, it's rather frustrating. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Good company, always helpful and friendly.

My experience with pay plan was mostly good they are friendly and always solve any issues I may have and are fair most of the time. I would recommend this company. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
