My life unexpectedly changed due to redundancy and all of the sudden I found myself in financial troubles feeling totally ashamed .I did not wanted to talk about it or could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. My situation was getting worse every day and I did not know what to do .My bank recommended to speak to Pay Plan and to my surprise there was somebody on the other line who was listening and what more important not jugging me for my situation . I spoke to the kindest people on the team , making me feel like I will be ok ...I am on my way to be fine ... long way but at least I don't get any more threating letters .I have team who is on my site and i can call them at any time with anything .At this stage with pandemic behind us or almost behind us our health is the most important thing that we should worry about .. I am very grateful for the team to look after me an di am pretty sure that I am not the only one. I feel like the team care and doing the best for me to get out of the financial trouble .I am grateful and just want to say thank you Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
