Highly recommended

I was referred to Payplan through my bank. I was feeling really stressed and anxious due to multiple debts. The staff at Payplan were really supportive and lifted a lot of weight off my mind. The monthly direct debit works really well and knowing that someone is there to manage the plan is so much less stressful, knowing everything is in hand. And it’s a free service too! A lot of other debt management companies charge a fee, which isn’t always helpful. The staff have excellent customer service skills and always on hand for any queries or support!
