Always straightforward and easy!

I have been saving with GCU for 25 years. I have not only saved but from time to time had loans as well. What I like is everything can be done on line and is very easy with an e celle t website, easy to follow and understand. When I've had to contact by phone or even call into the offices I have received an excellent customer experience with good advice, help and friendliness. I wouldn't think twicw about lifting the phone to call them. I also appreciate the regular updates on what's happening and like the various ad hoc competitions etc. I am very comfortable saving with GCU. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
