Excellent Service

I have been with Payplan for some years now and they have been a life saver for me. They helped me when I was overwhelmed with debt and intimidated by Credit Card companies. They sorted everything out in a calm and helpful way, non judgmental, and extremely efficient always replying to my questions promptly. Throughly recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Instant stress relief

From the moment I contacted Payplan I felt like a weight had been taken from my shoulders. I was feeling vulnerable and stressed but they put me at ease. When I wasn't up to it I was able to email rather than speak directly. They are supportive and talk you through every stage of the process. They reply to any questions within the day.
