From the very first phone call to now, few years later I've never felt judged by anyone at payplan, everyone has been extremely helpful, understanding and patient with me. I was in a lot of debt and with the help and understanding of the staff at payplan the end of the tunnel of debt is in sight. I've also learnt how to manage my money better. Cannot RECOMMEND Payplan enough, the last thing you want is to feel judged when facing debt, you can guarantee this won't happen, total understanding. staff are all amazing! Totally trustworthy

From day one, my situation and feelings were taken into account, totally understood my situation. Was honest with what and how things could be done and the outcome. I have contacted them many times with questions, not once have I been made to feel like I'm bothering them. Super efficient and always prompt with replies. Glad I found them. Super amazing service

After putting debit off I called payplan, it couldn't of been easier, I have felt supported all the way. The time they take to help and understand how you must be feeling. Working with you to find a solution, whilst understanding my embarrassment, not once have I been made to feel bad about my situation. I can now see a end to my debit. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
