Really helped me find a solution

Having been made redundant during the pandemic I found my previously affordable outgoings mounting up and no longer affordable. My bank recommended payplan, and after an hour or so on the phone they had worked everything out for me. They made it really simple, and I felt like a finally had some breathing space. The people I spoke to were very helpful and matter of fact, and answered all of my questions. They were really understanding of my situation and I couldn't have asked for a better service.
