So simple and so friendly!

I was scared of seeking debt advice, I wanted to hide away and not admit to myself that I have a problem. However I plucked up the courage and spoke to Payplan and it was the BEST decision of my life! The staff are courteous , understanding, speak to you like a human and genuinely offer great advice. Not only is my debt finally being cleared, but it will be gone in under 5 years and I'm saving around £6000 in interest payments! In comparison my bank had offered a solution which would keep my in debt for 11 years. I could not be happier with the team, a true relief off my shoulders!
