Helpful, dedicated and understanding

After years of getting into debt, feeling like there was no end in sight, I contacted Payplan to finally try and make a dent into what I owed. Since day 1 they have been helpful and understanding, they catered their contact to my needs (after years of 10+ calls from debt collectors I was left with anxiety answering calls), payplan have never phoned me, they have always contacted me by email at my request, they've always responded quickly to any question or request, helped me reduce or increase my payments around my current circumstances and have been efficient in ever sense. After sticking to my plan for the last two years, paying exactly what I can afford each month, I'll finally be debt free by next year and I'm extremely grateful for all their help and assistance in getting me to achieve this. Friendly, helpful and life saving.

I got myself into a cycle of debt. I have crippling anxiety and was struggling to deal with lenders phoning me. I started my pay plan with PayPlan and they were nothing but helpful and understanding. I explained my anxiety and that I could not cope with communication by telephone, they have never once phoned me and have sent all communications by email and text, making me feel so much more secure than my previous debt management plan, StepChange. Their friendly advises have always responded quickly and politely with all the information I request and have always taken my needs into consideration. I appreciate so much what they have done for me that I have now paid off over 2/3s of my debt and have not missed a single payment or struggled, and all of this is due to their diligence and assistance, and making themselves approachable to deal with. I've never hesitated to contact my advisors when I have had a bad months pay or have lost my job, they have provided the upmost care and support and I truly feel that my life has changed for the better since I set my plan up with them.
