I was drowning in debt after maxing all of my credit...

I was drowning in debt after maxing all of my credit cards due to redundancy twice in a row. The call I made that Saturday morning changed my life. I was ready to give up, but now I am still paying off my debt but in smaller manageable amounts. If my circumstances change I get in touch and PayPlan advisors talk me through the options. I have my life back

I contacted PayPlan 3 years ago as I was literally thinking about very dark things to get rid of my debt. Three years on my debts , whilst still there, are a lot smaller and heading the right way. I have a tiny bug of money to myself, and I have my life back. Support is fantastic and there’s always someone to help as the way the world is going, I have had major outgoing hikes, but with PayPlan help, the debt is still being repaid. I can live again!

I was advised by one of my creditors to contact PayPlan, as after losing 2 jobs in a year I couldn’t make my payments. I wasn’t sleeping, my home life was suffering and I didn’t have any hope of getting right financially. I called them and it was the hardest call I ever had to make, my advisor Andre was so patient, he talked me through everything, best and worst case scenarios and explained everything. This was almost 2 years ago and I am getting down my debt, I can live again, and they are always at the end of a phone, email or Payplanplus. I haven’t looked back and would recommend anyone struggling to talk to them, and it’s free! Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Best Phone Call I Made

After a year of worrying and sleepless nights, I finally called Payplan on the recommendation of Nat West. Although it was one of the hardest calls to make, and although the next few months were difficult, finally one year on my debts are going in the right direction.if I have any issues the team from Payplan are there or I can message them on the App. I had worked all my life and then found my hours dropping, overtime dropping , made redundant then lost 2 jobs through no fault of my own in 2020 and had never been in such a financial mess. I was robbing Peter to pay Paul, and eventually I was swamped. I did what most people do and ignored it to start with, then after braving the Nat West team( who were good) I bit the bullet, and rang straight away. I can’t thank them enough, for giving me the reassurance that it would get better, and the relationship I have with my advisors there is fantastic. Even if you think it’s a silly question, ask them, if you feel embarrassed, don’t be, they guided me through every letter, who to contact etc. I can now enjoy the odd treat, face the world and know that there are many more like me, you are never alone with Payplan.
