Friendly, Professional Service

PayPlan have been there every step of the way since I've taken the plunge and accepted my debt was out of control. They advised a different solution a year into a DMP and I'm so glad they have as it's now given me the peace of mind I was hoping/looking for. Reviewed on: 24th July 2022

Helpful and getting my life back on track

Initially I will admit I was apprehensive about contacting an organisation such as PayPlan, because of the fact I was ashamed I was in the debt position I was in, and felt I should be able to get myself out of it. However I am so glad that I did contact them and arrangement a DMP eventually moving to an IVA. They were so helpful, friendly, not judgemental and trying to normalise the situation I was in by saying I wasn't alone. They have also on a number of occasions taken great compassion and care in handling and communicating with me on a number of matters, ensuring I didn't feel pressurised or down-hearted about the situation. Would definitely recommend them as an organisation to anyone who is struggling with debt problems. It has given me the peace of mind I was looking for, and is helping me work towards being debt free.
