Thank you, A life saver literally

I was in a very dark place both financially and mentally through lockdown, I suffer with chronic depression and anxiety. I avoided dealing with my creditors and got myself further in to debt. A crisis helpline gave me PayPlans details and I never looked back. The advisor was friendly, empathetic and took care of everything for me. I am now paying off my debts with what I can afford and my credit rating is improving week on week. Reviewed on: 15th June 2023

Instant stress relief

To say I was suffering is an understatement. I have anxiety and depression and Covid19 added majorly to it when it took my job. My debts were growing, my money was depleted and Payplan fixed it! They went through all my incoming and outgoing money. We agreed an affordable amount that wouldn’t put me under any further financial strain. Payplan contacted all my creditors and now I pay one amount which is distributed between them all. It was all sorted within a week and my stress was lifted immediately after speaking to them. The advisors were compassionate, understanding and extremely helpful. If you need help, just ask for help, I did and Payplan were there. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
