I can finally relax and live life!

I was in debt and struggling each month and I didn’t know how I was going to get out of it. I was ashamed of the situation I was in and for years I didn’t say anything but in the end I couldn’t cope anymore. I called payplan and I wish I had done it sooner. They were understanding and never spoke down to me and made me feel relieved that they could help. They did it all, dealt with all the companies on my behalf and work out an affordable agreement with me that I could afford pay. They understood that things sometimes get out of hand and the lady I spoke was so nice. I’m able to afford a pair of shoes or get a hair cut and eat better as they help budget everything out for me and now I have money to live on and still pay my debts. Even if I did overtime at work they’re is a limit that you can earn before they will add an increase, so I can do overtime and benefit from the extra work I did. I always thought they took everything and it was one of the reasons why I didn’t call before, I was so wrong, it’s not like that. I remember the sleepless nights, crying all the time, couldn’t afford to get shopping, not answering the phone and hiding letters. I’m glad I contacted payplan and my only regret is not phoning payplan sooner. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
