Helpful and Supportive Service

I contacted Payplan to discuss an IVA after getting into some financial difficulty. From day one they have been supportive of my circumstances and helped me keep on top of my finances. They have been extremely flexible over the last year especially with lockdowns affecting my business (self employed), and at no point have I felt any negatively from the advisors. They have an app which means getting in touch and keeping up to date with payments etc. is very simple too. A great service and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
