Friendly professional service

I’ve been with payplan for about 2 years now. I was really worried initially about contacting them but I can honestly it was the best decision I made. It has given me my life back and allowed me to not worry about my financial situation. Every person I have spoken to has been kind caring and most importantly understanding. Professional, friendly, kind

I first contacted Payplan about a year ago. I discussed my situation and they gave me a number of options. They explained fully what every option consisted of, sent me lots of information so I could decide my best way forward. The gave me a few days to think about things and then contacted me again. They were unbelievably friendly. They were not pushy and made sure I was comfortable with MY decision. I can’t thank them enough, their support has been second to none.
