Professional, Friendly and Knowledgable

I have had a very good experience with Payplan so far. (I'm 1.5 years in) Someone always answers quickly when I call them, and they are always friendly and Knowledgable and professional. Basically I'm really glad I initially joined up with them. Would recommend. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

The Human Touch

I have had a very good experience with Payplan so far: From the first person I spoke to there who was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, right the way through to now, 6 months later, if and when I need to speak to someone there. I feel like they really know what they're doing and everyone I've interacted with there has been kind, polite and friendly but also professional - the human touch as well as being reassuringly professional. :) Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
