Friendly fast very helpful.

Having found myself in financial difficulty with seemingly no way out, i contacted payplan via email. I soon had a reply, and was phoned by them, after a brief conversation my options we're given to me, all i had to do was confirm some details, and within a couple of weeks payplan had sorted a payment plan for me, contacted my creditors, and dealt with any questions i've had proffesionaly and politely, and quickly. My opinion of them is that they are a very helpful company, fast to reply to questions, and i would reccomend them to friend and family. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
